1. Introduction

Welcome to SareeSwap ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

– “Platform” refers to SareeSwap ltd, including the website and related services.
– “User” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
– “Seller” refers to Users who list and sell items on the Platform.
– “Buyer” refers to Users who purchase items on the Platform.
– “Items” refers to the virtual goods listed for sale on the Platform.

 3. Account Registration

– Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
– Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

 4. Eligibility

– Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
– By using the Platform, Users represent and warrant that they have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions herein.

5. Listing and Selling Items

– Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about the Items they list for sale.
– Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
– SareeSwap reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

6. Purchasing Items

– Buyers are responsible for reading the full Item listing before purchasing.
– All sales are final. Refunds and returns are subject to the Seller’s policies, which should be clearly stated in the listing.
– SareeSwap is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

7. Payments and Fees

– Payments for Items are processed through the Platform using the available payment methods.
– SareeSwap charges the seller 5-8% fee per item sold, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
– Sellers are responsible for paying any applicable fees and taxes related to their sales.

8. User Conduct

– Users agree to use the Platform in a manner that is lawful and respectful to others.
– Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, harassment, spamming, and any other behavior that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
– SareeSwap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

9. Intellectual Property

– All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SareeSwap or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
– Users may not use any content from the Platform without prior written permission from SareeSwap.

10. Limitation of Liability

– SareeSwap provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
– SareeSwap is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

– Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SareeSwap, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with their access to or use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

– SareeSwap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
– Continued use of the Platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SareeSwap operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
